Dr. Stacy Hunt, is a Clinical Psychologist. She is joyfully married to David Hunt and is the mother of five children. After pursuing a passion in dance at The School of American Ballet in New York City, Stacy shifted to academics earning her BA at New York University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Virginia.
Elizabeth was pivotal in encouraging Stacy’s dream of opening her first group practice. Together with another close friend and colleague, they founded "Newtown Therapy" in 2009.. Stacy later expanded and co-founded two other groups in Bucks County, They focused on children, teens and adults with a variety of concerns including ADHD, athletes, anxiety and mood disorders. Her specialty group practice focuses on substance use, eating disorders, and people in the LGBTQI community.
Walking the path of this terrible illness with a close friend changes you. Stacy is dedicated to Elizabeth’s Wish and brings a wealth of experience in statistics, design and methodology of scientific research, that provides direct relevance to the available research around the early signs and symptoms of Ovarian Cancer and our mission to change how things are done.
