Elizabeth's Wish Initiatives

We aim to create and promote an informal "Ovarian Cancer Detection" Event-in-a-box. This scripted event is designed for Book Clubs, Women's meetings, and other small group gatherings. It educates women about the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer and provides guidance on next steps if Ovarian Cancer is suspected.

Our aim is to make the symptom cluster of Ovarian Cancer widely recognized.. We want all women, and in fact, people of all genders, diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic groups to be as familiar with the symptoms of ovarian cancer as they are with breast cancer.  That took time to be part of our common language and so will it too for ovarian cancer.

Elizabeth’s Wish donates to and invests in nonprofit and for-profit organizations committed to advancing early detection for ovarian cancer. New technologies, clinical trials, and innovative research are driving the development of more accurate laboratory tests to identify the disease in its earliest stages.
