Nancy Lucas

Nancy Lucas joins Elizabeth’s Wish as a lifelong friend of Elizabeth’s since they were five years old. Nancy holds a MA from New York University in Educational Communication and Technology where she currently is on the faculty. Nancy has over 25 years experience in learning, leadership development and coaching, working in Fortune 500 companies as well as startups and healthcare institutions.

Nancy’s true north appeared when she started her private coaching practice, Nancy Lucas Coaching, where she partners with clients to help kick-start or restart careers, prepares people to take on challenging roles, and helps leaders build and develop highly motivated cohesive teams.  She is a certified coach from the Flow Coaching Institute, and is certified by the International Coaching Federation, a globally recognized independent coaching organization.  Nancy is an avid cyclist who models the importance of work-life balance.  When the world is swirling all around, you will often find Nancy out on her bike in pursuit of creating space for herself to relax, think and create.  

Her hope for Elizabeth’s Wish is to create a groundswell of change for new protocol standards, testing authorization and global education across the healthcare and insurance industries and most importantly women.
