Dawn Abbamondi

Dawn Abbamondi started her creative career in Philadelphia and New York City working as Lead Designer for a nationally recognized Lighting Design Firm. For 15 years, she worked at Sunoco, as an engineer, marketer, and ultimately into business development as VP, Marketing and Brand Development with SMB Franchise Advisors. 

Dawn holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University. She was a small business franchise owner for five years where Dawn completed her “Business Education” in lieu of pursuing an MBA. 

Dawn first met Elizabeth in 2004 when her son and Elizabeth’s daughter went to the same pre-school. This started a close and fierce friendship between Dawn and Elizabeth. 

Since 2013, Dawn has written a daily personal and marketing blog as a way to help others. “We have so many ways we can help others through our experiences if we decide to be vulnerable, open and share our story.”  Whether it is parenting children with dyslexia; dedicating love, time and energy to help her husband fight and survive cancer in 2018; or, being committed to spreading awareness on the mysteries of ovarian cancer, Dawn is your champion.
