Chloe Frank

Chloe Frank is thrilled to be part of Elizabeth’s Wish. Chloe is the communications associate for Global Aids Interfaith Alliance (GAIA) where she is responsible for most of the written communication from GAIA as well as writing, editing and producing short documentary style films for use as fundraising and donor tools. GAIA runs mobile health clinics staffed by GAIA healthcare scholarship recipients. Chloe Is passionate about social justice, healthcare equality and reproductive rights. 

Chloe received her BA in Film Studies with a minor in Latin American studies from Seattle University, graduating Cum Laude. She studied abroad in Peru where she fell in love with the people, culture and country.  Chloe has worked on several independent films and her super power is her ability to communicate through the written word and visual mediums.

Elizabeth was a second mother to Chloe and Elizabeth’s influence and love was a bright light in her life. Chloe is dedicated to Elizabeth’s Wish as our non-profit expert and mentor. Chloe is happiest playing her guitar, seeing live music, or reading with her cat Juno close by.
